VIP TREATMENT

Our Bungalow's unique feature is the Home Sweet Home Treatment. This program offers your pet our utmost VIP service, where your pooch gets to hang out during the day in our main office or in the private home, and sleep in the house.  Your dog gets all the sights, sounds, and smells of being in a real home environment, and all the attention I can give with your dog snoozing right at my feet.  This sitting service is especially beneficial for dogs who have fears or anxiety and cannot be left in a normal kennel environment.  It is also most appropriate for young puppies, older dogs, or dogs with special needs.

During the day, dogs can spend some time in the fresh air, with plenty of shelter (a screen porch), shade trees and fresh water. Social Dogs may enjoy the company of other dogs, while dogs that are not social spend quiet time alone and with me.  All dogs enjoy time out in our grass play yard, either in social groups, or one-on-one with me in attendance. At night, each dog sleeps indoors with private accommodations and soft bedding.

 FUN TIME

Pets love attention and they love to have fun! The more interaction and activity they receive, the healthier and happier they will be and very likely to forget they are even away from home! Recognizing that each pet has a distinct personality, we offer the following activities to satisfy the needs of all our guests.

Social Time – group play sessions for dog friendly dogs in our outdoor grass play yard. Your dog can romp and play with other dogs (matched by size and temperament) in small groups, under my supervision.

Private Exercise – Private play time for your dog in our outdoor grass play yard with me.

Neighborhood Walks – For dogs that like to get out and about town. I will walk your dog around the block and to a large field where moss covered live oak trees provide shade.

Treat Time - delicious, all natural and doggie appropriate treats served daily at mid afternoon.

Brushing – 10 minutes of gentle brushing time. Great for dogs with long and/or silky coats that tend to mat.

TLC – lots of quiet cuddling and petting

Bedtime Story – 10-minute personal bed-time tuck-in session complete with bedtime snack and story.
